Leslie Cristea is a relationship restoration and communication specialist and the founder of Making Marriage Matter, LLC. With twenty years of naval service and experience training military families as a life skills education services facilitator, she has a long history of mentoring and training. She’s trained over 72,000 participants in over 1025 sessions in various leadership and self-help topics. Leslie combines her experience, along with a bachelor of Psychology and an MBA, to provide information and inspiration to create healthy, productive personal and professional relationships.
She’s passionate about restoring troubled relationships at home and in the workplace. Leslie currently supervises a staff of such educators of the Work and Family Life Program at the Fleet and Family Support Center at Naval Air Station Oceana, she’s the creator of the Fighting for Marriage Empowerment Experience in Hampton Roads Virginia, and she helps wives restore marriages they think are beyond repair, in her marriage restoration program, Fighting Alone; Winning Together.
Leslie is the go-to person when it comes to communication strategies, and thousands of participants have gained resourceful knowledge from her numerous workshops and coaching sessions. Using speaking as a way to share her expertise and educate couples and professionals, this “Instrument of Restoration” is on assignment to encourage others of the abilities individuals have alone in turning an upside-down relationship around without sacrificing self!
She helps people gain the hope of such possibilities by providing tools proven to yield successful and fulfilling results. When Leslie isn’t helping others with their relationships, her favorite thing to do is to bask in the ones she has with God, her husband, children, family and friends, as well as any ocean.
