Michelle (Shelly) Crowell, MSN, RN is a native of Alabama and is the mother of three amazing adult children and grandma of three beautiful grandsons. She has been a nurse for almost 30 years and has her Master’s degree in nursing education and teaching. She is a published author four times over and an international public speaker.
Her faith in God and choosing to make Him head over her life is her number one priority, and her family is her most precious treasure. She also volunteers in her community mentoring youth, serving as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence, and encouraging others to overcome their trauma through her volunteer work with several local organizations.
She built her platform on self-care, love, and the understanding that you can have a victorious life no matter your circumstances. Her ministry, Arise & Shine, educates, encourages, and empowers women to be their best self.
